Comparison of the success rate of an attack depending on the quality of the set in the German 1. Bundesliga with the Czech Extraliga in volleyball

Title: Comparison of spike success depending on the quality of the set in German 1. Bundesliga with Czech Extraliga volleyball. Objectives: The aim of this study is to determine how in setting in volleyball contributes to the success of the attack in the 1st German Bundesliga. According to the statistical results found, create a formula to evaluate the success of the setter and then compare the German and Czech top competitions in volleyball and analyze any differences and find the causes of these differences. Methods: The thesis used the analysis of video footage of the matchs, which is a source of interest data. This data was subsequently recorded in tables, processed using statistical methods and expressed verbally and using graphs. Results: The work found out how the set affects the success rate of the attack, which recording has the highest probability to score a point and which, in turn, has the lowest. At the same time, the results of the Czech Extraliga and the German Bundesliga were compared. Finally, a formula was created to evaluate the setters based on thein performance. Marketing communication of the DFL and Bundesliga

This bachelor thesis examines the sports marketing strategies used by the German Bundesliga and its governing body, the Deutsche Fußball Liga (DFL), with an emphasis on communication channels and comparative analysis with key European rivals. The first part of the thesis discusses the theoretical foundations of sports marketing, the marketing mix in sport and target groups, followed by the historical context of the Bundesliga and the establishment of the DFL. Subsequently, the DFL's communication strategy for the 2021/22 season is examined, focusing on channels such as social media, website, media communication and the DFL Magazin. A comparison is made between the marketing strategies of the English Premier League, Spanish La Liga, Italian Serie A and French Ligue 1 to identify the unique strengths of the DFL and potential areas for improvement.

Economics of the German football clubs

The main aim of this Bachelor's thesis is the evaluation of economic situation of the German football league and clubs, their comparison with the most competitive European leagues, and analysis of one of the most successful German club in the last time -- Borussia Dortmund in period from 2009 to 2013. In the theoretical part described specifics of the economics of sports clubs and their working, description of the methods and indicators of financial analysis follow it. The practical part focused on financial analysis of economic situation of the football club Borussia Dortmund and comparison its results with clubs from the best European leagues.

Involvement of foreign players in the German Bundesliga has not only sporting or financial aspect, but also the intercultural one. Especially in german society there are many cultures and national identities and sport plays big role in integration and intercultural communication, which is particularly valid for football as the most popular sport in the country. Over the last forty years there has been a lot of czech footballers in the highest level of german football and they have formed one of the biggest foreign groups there. This bachelor work will chronicle involvement of the most outstanding of them and it will disclose, which imaginations of Czech Republic this players have been transmited in the past and present.
